Meat is supplied by Lindsay Grieve, a Famous Haggis Maker and Butcher in Hawick, ensuring quality Borders Beef and Lamb, with other meat from and around the Borders and Ayrshire.
Fish comes from D.R. Collins at Eyemouth
Fresh vegetables are delivered by a local wholesale grocer.
Ice Cream from Over Langshaws Farm at Galashiels and
Beers and lager come from Bellhaven at Dunbar and wines from Melrose.
All this ensures that our meals reach you fresh and give you a true taste of the Borders.
